What Information Do We Collect About You and How Do We Use It?
Types of Information We Collect
Personal information means information that can be used to identify and contact you. You do not need to create an account for the Service with Sirvo, nor do you need to submit personal information, including billing information, to Sirvo to access the Service or play the Game. However, you may be required to provide personal information, including billing information, to Apple, Inc. or its affiliates (“Apple”).
We may receive your personal information from Apple in the form of your Apple Game Center username and/or device name. In addition, we may collect personal information when you make a customer service inquiry, but we will ask only for the information needed to solve the issue and will delete the information as soon as the issue is closed.
By using the App and playing the Game, you authorize Sirvo to use your personal information for the purposes identified herein, such as providing the Service to you and responding to user inquiries.
Interaction with Apple and iCloud
We collect save data on your progress within the Game (including, for instance, current level, activated objects, and other aspects of game state) and store it on the Apple iCloud service. We may also store your achievements within the Apple Game Center. Data stored on iCloud is private to you, and not accessible by us or any other users of the Service. You can disable these features in the settings on your device by disabling iCloud and Game Center functionality for the App. If you do, all Game data will only be stored on your device, and you will not be able to share your progress between your devices. You can delete data stored on iCloud at any time. If you do, any game progress stored there might be lost. We do not store personal gameplay data on our servers.
Apple may provide us with depersonalized analytical data to help us learn about, monitor, and analyze how users play the Game and to help us maintain and improve the Service. This information will never be able to be used to identify and contact you. We do not collect any other “log information” or utilize any other third-party analytics providers.
How We Use Your Personal Information
Do Not Track
In compliance with California legislation, AB370, effective January 1, 2014, Sirvo’s practices in responding to “do not track” signals and collecting user information over time and across a network of websites when you visit the Site are as follows: We honor the request of “do not track” signals sent by your browser when you visit the Site. Additionally, Sirvo does not collect user information about your online activities over time and across different websites, or authorize third parties to do so.
Children Under the Age of 13
We take children’s privacy seriously, and encourage parents to play an active role in their children’s online experience at all times. Children under the age of 13 (“Children”) access the Service in the same way as adult users, and we collect, use, and disclose personal information and non-personally identifiable data from Children in the same way as for other users, as described in this policy. We only collect as much information about Children as is reasonably necessary for Children to participate in an activity, and we do not condition their participation on the disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary. Because the personal information we collect from Children solely consists of “persistent identifiers” necessary for support for the internal operations of the Service, we are not required to obtain prior parental consent in connection with its collection.
At any time, parents may review their Child’s personal information maintained by us, require us to correct or delete the personal information, and/or refuse to permit us from further collecting or using the Child’s information. Will We Share Your Personal Information with Third Parties?
Sharing Your Information
We use your personal information to provide the Service to you and to handle your customer service questions or issues. Your personal information we receive in connection with the Game, to the extent it is retained, will be shared only with authorized persons to whom you specifically grant access or direct us to share with. We may also share the personal information we collect from you under the following circumstances, and you expressly authorize us to share your information as follows:
Asset Transfers. If we become involved in a merger, acquisition or other transaction involving the sale of some or all of Sirvo’s assets, user information, including personal information collected from you through your use of the Service, could be included in the transferred assets. Should such an event occur, we will use reasonable means to notify you through a prominent notice on the Site and the App.

What Security Measures Do We Take to Safeguard Your Personal Information?
The personal information that you provide to us is stored on third-party servers which, to our knowledge, are protected by protocols and procedures designed to ensure the security of such information. We restrict access to personal information to Sirvo employees, independent contractors and agents who need to know this information in order to develop, operate and maintain the Service. All Sirvo personnel who have access to this information are trained in the maintenance and security of such information. Access to such personal information is minimized whenever possible. However, no server, computer or communications network or system, or data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect user information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or through the use of the Service and you acknowledge and agree that you provide such information and engage in such transmissions at your own risk. Once we receive a transmission from you, we will endeavor to maintain its security on our systems.
In the event that personal information you provide to us is compromised as a result of a breach of security, when appropriate we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation, notify you and take the necessary steps to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
